Return Policy

Unopened Product Returns

Customers may return unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date.

To return unopened products, simply ship the products including packing list to Results RNA:

Unopened products must be returned at customer’s expense. Once we have received the products and processed the return, customer will receive a full refund within 10 business days.

Damaged Product Returns

For damaged products, a shipping call tag will be sent to the customer, and products will be picked up by carrier and returned to Results RNA at no cost to the customer.
